How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of cowboyshops.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

These seem nicely made and sturdy. They come out of the dryer pretty wrinkle-free, which is nice since it’s against everything I believe in to actually iron something. I ordered the shirt for my father, who is quite small in structure. I loved the shirt and when it was delivered, I was able to feel the texture. Dad is uber picky. Well, I thought it felt just fine. Dad, however, wouldn’t even try it on. So I had to return the shirt, not even unwrapped or removed from it’s packaging, because he deemed it to harsh to wear. Just by looking at it. I was so disappointed! I give the shirt 5 stars because it’s a beautiful shirt and I thought it would be comfortable to wear. Dad would’ve looked great in it. For what it’s worth, my husband loved the shirt, also. The company that I ordered it from was a pleasure to work with… and very understanding.

I got this shirt in the mail on the day of a Luau that I was supposed to attend. I was nervous because I did not have a plan B if it did not fit. Well, it turns out that I did not need a plan B because the shirt looks great and fits just right! I am 5’9″ about 175 pounds and the medium fits great! I would definitely purchase again.

Firstly the fabric print job on this shirt is gorgeous and feels great. I fully expect this shirt to get better and softer after a few washes.
I see a lot of people complaining about this shirt being small. I think it fits great! The relaxed fit was too baggy on me but I am a slimmer dude (6’3″ 180) and don’t think my demographic wears Hawaiian shirts traditionally. But hey they seem to be coming into style and will definitely pick up a few more for the summer.
I will agree with others that the workmanship is a little substandard, but for a 20 dollar shirt I wont complain and wont even dock a star as the fabric’s colors are amazing and come August, faded and a little broken in, this shirt will be great.

Such a nice shirt! Well-made with attention to details – button holes good, buttons secure, seams well-sewn, yoke good – and so on. I took a chance with the washing because hot water and dryer is the only way It’ll get washed (can’t fiddle around, messing with the laundry) and it held its size and is perfectly color -fast. Whew. Fabric is a nice medium weight cotton, nothing neither flimsy nor stiff about this shirt. I’m very pleased, and glad I bought it. Well worth the very reasonable price.

(Protecting his identity no face showing) it fits him very nice and no hanging over his lower shoulders. Purchased small size for 5 foot 9 slim body. The print and color are very true to the picture product on line.

Ordered this for a Hawaiian themed party. Of the many options available online, few are 100% cotton like this one and hence ended up ordering it.
Shirt comes in a plastic bag and has the starchy crisp feel when taken out. Washed before wearing and would recommend that to all. You don’t know the manufacturing process and should not wear any clothing without washing.
A regular cycle machine wash later (instructions said cold wash with like colors), the shirt is softer and retains the size and colors – no shrinkage or discoloration.
Fit is as expected and color and design is same as the pictures. I liked it and would recommend !

I own over 200 Hawaiian shirts: Winnie Fashions, KY’s, Pacific Legend, Tommy Bahama, etc. Eight of these shirts are the 28 Palms that I recently purchased off AMAZON. I’ve read most of the reviews on this shirt. Most of the experiences shared do not correspond with mine.
Firstly, I’ve only wore one of the eight that I recently purchased. Yes, it did have loose thread about the newly unwrapped shirt. So did my new Tommy Bahama $100 shirts. I assumed the shirts might run small in size ( strictly from my shirt buying experiences) and I ordered the next largest size. It is perfect. I wore it to a doctor’s appointment yesterday and was complimented by the valet, an unknown lady on the elevator, the doctor’s check-in lady, the physician’s assistant, and the doctor. In all 200+ Hawaiian shirts that I own, I’ve never received that many compliments in ONE day, on one shirt. I have yet to wash any of these shirts but it will be in cold water and little machine drying. 100% cotton Hawaiian shirt do not like the heat. They tend to shrink. You must take care of your 100% cotton shirts or buy rayon or silk. These are generally much more expensive and are not as comfortable to wear. JMHO!

I got this shirt today and all I can say is that it’s beautiful and the fabric is soft. What can I say it’s a cool shirt. Oh by the way I’m a large and I ordered x-large and it fits. I read the reviews… I recommend it.

I needed a mens Hawaiian themed shirt in a days time and was thrilled with the options I found on Amazon with one day shipping. This shirt is great quality. It washes well (kept all the color) and was perfect for my son to wear to a Hawaiian themed event. I actually picked out the shirt in two different patterns (one for each of my kids). It’s a nice, lightweight cotton and presses nicely for an evening out.

I bought two of these and have washed and dried them twice now, so having worn them several times over the past three weeks I thought I’d give my review.
Fit: I’m 6’ 2” and weigh 210 lbs (I want to be 200 lbs. or so but like ice cream too much, I guess). I wear a size 44 long suit coat. I bought the 28 Palms standard fit 100% cotton Hawaiian shirt in size XL. I was worried that maybe it would be too tight or too small because others have said so. However, I found that the XL fit me almost perfectly. In fact it makes me look thinner than with other shirts. When wearing the shirt if I stretch my arms out in front of me and cross my arms, yes, I feel a little tightness of the shirt across the top half of my back. However, that’s just fine with me because I don’t like billowing, loose shirts. I don’t button the top button.
Fitment after washing: I wash these shirts in cold water only with cold water rinse to minimize any shrinking. I dry it on my dryer’s delicate setting. I really didn’t notice any shrinking. Possibly just a tad bit smaller (1/4”?) around circumference of mid-chest but nothing that is obtrusive. The fabric was somewhat stiff when the shirt was new but it is now softening up.
Other details: There are five buttons/buttonholes. The bottom buttonhole is horizontal, which helps the shirt bottom from splaying outwards. I like this feature. The shirt came with two spare buttons, one is the same size as the other buttons and one is slightly smaller. I don’t know why they included the smaller button as the shirt pocket does not have a button closure. There really is no use for this smaller button. The sewing job and seams were done well. The buttons were all tightly sewn on. I would judge the overall construction of this shirt to be very good. Judging by the laundry tag, 28 Palms is an Amazon brand exclusive to Amazon.
I’d been looking for a Hawaiian shirt for over a year now. It’s hard to find one in the brick and mortar stores that are not either rayon or polyester. I prefer 100% cotton so I’m very happy with my purchase. Got it on Amazon Prime day so saved some money too. Win-win.

I am 172 lbs and normally wear a large but since the reviews say to order up, I got an XL. Big mistake as XL is too big which indicates that some reviewers are in denial 🙂 I traded it with the large and now it fits perfectly.

My husband loves these shirts. The fit is true to size. I have had a lot of trouble buying Hawaiian shirts in the past because you just never know about the sizes or if they will shrink. These did not shrink at all either. They are a little wrinkled coming out of the dryer, and I always grab them as soon as the dryer quits. Depending on where you are going to wear it. If it’s informal, a little wrinkled in fine or Downy Wrinkle Releaser Spray works wonders if you don’t won’t to take the time to iron or use a steamer. My husband would appreciate lighter background colors, but not white. Would recommend to friends.

28 Palms will be my go to brand for Hawaiian shirts from now on! The colors are gorgeous and I love that you can couple coordinate (women’s line is separate of course). Shirt is 100% cotton and kind of stiff out of the bag but being cotton it will soften up after a few washes. Taking care of it is easy because it’s warm wash with like colors and iron if you want!
